Are you playing (er, trying to play) in full-screen mode or windowed mode?
When you press F11, are you able to access or change any of the settings in there?
Also, what operating system are you using?

It sounds like a problem with either your video card or your mouse driver.
If you have a "mouse driver" that came with your mouse, installed, try un-installing it. (Windows doesn't need a mouse driver.)
And, to reiterate what Blade said - what video card do you have?
Also, make sure your drivers - video, sound, and chipset - are up to date. (And Windows is up to date too.)

No its not a card or mouse problem, i can play perfectly fine on ultra settings on wow and the mouse shows
Its just the native resolution of the guild wars games seems to hide the mouse. I've tried adjusting the screen rez but that doesnt work.
I've pressed F11 and it pops up the options, but i cant switch the tab to graphics.
Im using Win7

Not like you need a mouse to get around in windows or guild wars, just makes it easier. Use the Tab key to move around to items on the screen and hit enter to activate that item. If you see underlined letters for an option, use ALT and that letter, etc...

You need a mouse for inventory management.

What do you mean by "the native resolution of the guild wars". GW doesn't have a "native resolution". Your monitor has a native resolution, which is the resolution that your Windows desktop, and GW, should be set to.
Just because WoW works, doesn't mean that your mouse (or driver) or video card (or driver) can't be the problem with GW.
